Descending Colon Cancer with Hepatic Metastasis on Abdominal Ultrasound in Patients with Left Lower Abdominal Pain

Ultrasound is essential for differential diagnosis in patients with left lower quadrant (LLQ) abdominal pain. Causes of LLQ pain are variable such as diverticulitis, colitis, appendagitis, and rarely appendicitis (in situs inversus). Colon cancer also an occasional cause. findings colon irregular wall thickening loss stratification luminal narrowing. We report a case descending hepatic metastasis detected on ultrasound 78-year-old female patient showed bowel stratification, narrowing at the colon, multiple hyperechoic nodules peripheral halo S4, 7, 8 liver.
